Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Partner Relations or a Partner Relations Manager to join our team. This role involves team management, developing partner relationships, and achieving high results in the digital marketing sector.

• Generating personal profit• Managing a team (5+ employees)• Establishing effective KPIs for team members• Providing an individual approach to each employee• Attracting and developing relationships with partners• Evaluating traffic quality and closing profitable deals• Conducting high-level negotiations• Collaborating with the team to achieve overall results
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in a similar role within Crypto/forex for 1+ year (for Affiliate Manager) or 2+ years (for Head of Partner Relations)• Possession of an up-to-date working database of advertisers and networks• Having a base of partners/teams and a positive reputation (for Head of Partner Relations)• Deep understanding of the Digital market• Fluent spoken English• Proactivity and independence
