Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Partner Support for our rapidly growing digital entertainment company. This role involves managing interactions with partners, ensuring a high level of service, and coordinating internal processes for efficient query resolution.
Key Responsibilities
• Support affiliate partners• Process and coordinate incoming requests via CRM and ticketing systems• Monitor SLA compliance and ensure timely resolution of inquiries• Escalate complex cases and coordinate their resolution with internal teams• Conduct onboarding for new partners and provide support during the launch phase• Monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in a similar position• Experience working in the digital entertainment industry• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment• High level of responsibility and attention to detail• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency
