Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships to lead our partnership initiatives, actively develop our network of Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and contribute to the strategic scaling of our international FinTech product. This role involves crucial participation in expanding our market presence and optimizing commercial interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the Partnerships team
• Developing the partner network and onboarding new Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
• Effectively managing merchant accounts and fostering strong partner relationships
• Optimizing commercial terms and collaborating closely with Business Development, Compliance, Finance, and Operations departments
Requirements & Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in the Payments or FinTech industry
• Proven experience in team management
• In-depth knowledge of acquiring, PSPs, merchant accounts, and settlements
• Fluency in Russian and English languages
