Role Overview
An international fintech company is seeking an experienced professional to launch and scale payment infrastructure across Latin American countries. We are looking for a hands-on expert who has built payment processing systems from scratch, worked with local payment partners, and possesses a deep understanding of liquidity management, anti-fraud measures, operational risks, and the unique banking infrastructure of the region.

• Launching and scaling payment infrastructure in Latin American countries
• Building payment processing systems from the ground up

Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in launching and scaling payment infrastructure in LATAM countries
• Hands-on experience building payment processing from scratch
• Experience working with local payment partners
• Deep understanding of liquidity management
• Expertise in anti-fraud systems
• Knowledge of operational risks
• Understanding of the banking infrastructure specifics in the LATAM region
