Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to manage the incoming flow of business tasks, forming and prioritizing the product backlog. This role involves establishing a stable delivery process, reducing chaos, automating, and implementing systemic solutions. You will influence key metrics such as conversion, revenue, and user experience, utilizing CustDev, A/B tests, and a data-driven approach for hypothesis validation. Responsibilities also include market and competitor analysis, and identifying new growth opportunities within the interactive entertainment sector.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as CPO / Head of Product
• Deep expertise in the interactive entertainment sector: brands, geos, White Label, and proprietary engines
• Understanding of gaming mechanics, providers, and market trends
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• English language proficiency B2 level and above
