Head of Product / CPO

• Forming and approving the product roadmap;• Setting OKRs for the team;• Collaborating with the CPO of the product department and key stakeholders, participating in the development and promotion of a compelling product vision that aligns with our company's mission;• Deeply interacting with users (research, customer development), understanding their needs, behavior, and identifying pain points;• Analyzing market trends and competitors;• Participating in the creation and testing of prototypes;• Compiling and adjusting the work plan in accordance with company goals, implementing it with the development team;• Working closely with designers, engineers, and analysts in a cross-functional team.

• Experience managing a product team in the role of Head of Product / CPO / VP of Product;• Data-driven approach;• Knowledge of product analytics and experience in calculating product economics;• Ability to achieve business results with minimal time and resources;• High level of autonomy;• Strong communication skills. Ability to engage, negotiate, and lead colleagues;• Deep understanding of the sports entertainment industry;• Experience working in companies that accept wagers is mandatory.
