Role Overview
This Head of Product (Payments) role focuses on interactive entertainment platforms. Key responsibilities include developing and scaling the B2B2C payment infrastructure, formulating product strategy, and establishing robust discovery and delivery processes. You will identify growth opportunities, launch new initiatives, and manage the integration of payment providers, routing/cascading configurations, and optimization of conversion rates and commissions. The position involves working closely with merchants and stakeholders, and participating in recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Head of Product• Deep expertise in the fintech sector, interactive entertainment, and payment systems• Proven experience with integrations and orchestration of payment solutions• Background working on the product side (merchant/platform)
