Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of PSP Department to work in the dynamic FinTech and payments industry. The candidate will be responsible for leading the PSP department, negotiating and contracting with providers, and identifying and optimizing payment gateways.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in PSP/FinTech • English language proficiency at B2 level • Successful experience in international negotiations • Experience managing a team of up to 5 people • Experience working with banks and payment systems • Experience in connecting new payment gateways
