Role Overview
Develop and implement QA strategy and processes across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Manage and scale the Quality Assurance team, including Manual Testers, Automation Testers, and QA Leads. Advance test automation and QA infrastructure. Implement metrics to enhance release quality and mitigate production risks. Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Formulate QA strategy and processes across all SDLC stages. • Manage and scale the QA team (Manual, Automation, QA Leads). • Develop automation and QA infrastructure. • Implement metrics, improve release quality, and reduce production risks. • Interact with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience managing a Quality Assurance function within a product company. Strong technical background.
