We are looking for a Head of Retention to lead the CRM/Retention department and be responsible for user retention and reactivation strategy across international markets.

• Develop CRM strategy and customer journey
• Manage retention campaigns and team
• Analyze metrics and improve key performance indicators
• Develop CRM processes and automation
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as Head of Retention / Head of CRM in the interactive entertainment industry
• Experience in team management and building CRM processes
• Strong analytical skills
