Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to manage and develop our sales team. This role involves optimizing sales processes, hiring and onboarding new team members, achieving sales targets, and driving key metric growth. You will actively participate in client negotiations and enhance sales standards.

• Managing and developing the sales department• Optimizing warm and cold sales processes• Hiring, onboarding, and developing the sales team• Achieving personal sales targets, departmental plans, and growth in key metrics• Conducting demos and negotiations with clients• Improving regulations, standards, and sales approaches• Participating in industry conferences
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B• Deep understanding of the product, market, and client needs• Experience managing a sales department of 3+ people• Ability to conduct negotiations and defend one's position• Proficient in and experienced with CRM systems and task trackers• English language proficiency B2 or higher is a plus
