Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop our sales team. This role involves scaling the department, analyzing sales funnels, and implementing effective strategies to achieve high performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop the sales department
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees
• Analyze sales funnels and identify growth opportunities
• Develop sales scripts, regulations, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor team performance and optimize sales processes
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as Head of Sales or Sales Department Manager
• Experience in financial verticals such as Binary Options, Forex, CFD, or related fields
• Proven track record of revenue growth and successful department scaling
• Experience managing a team through KPIs and established processes
• Skills in building motivation systems and forecasting sales results
