Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Head of Sales to manage the sales department, achieve revenue targets, and scale the business direction. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to influence strategic development.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the sales department and achieve planned revenue targets• Develop and scale the team: participate in hiring, onboarding, and training employees• Analyze the sales funnel, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements• Develop and implement sales scripts, adapt regulations and work standards• Monitor the quality of managers' work and process efficiency• Work with analytics and key department metrics• Generate reports and participate in the strategic development of the business direction• Interact with other departments to achieve common business goals
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as Head of Sales / ROS in Binary Options, Forex, CFD verticals or related financial niches for at least 1 year• Proven cases of revenue growth, conversion, and department scaling• Ability to manage a team through metrics and systematic processes• Ability to forecast results
