Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of SEO to develop and implement SEO strategies in highly competitive niches. This role involves managing multiple teams, scaling projects, launching new directions, and achieving significant growth in traffic and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and implement SEO strategies for highly competitive niches
• Manage multiple teams/departments
• Scale projects and launch new websites/directions
• Monitor key metrics: traffic, positions, revenue, ROI
• Establish and optimize processes
• Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
• Quickly react to updates and performance drops
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in SEO, including 2+ years in a Head position
• Mandatory experience in the iGaming sector
• Experience managing teams or multiple SEO directions
• Proven cases of real growth (traffic / revenue)
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, link building, and website structure
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Understanding how SEO impacts revenue, not just rankings
