Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of SEO to formulate and implement SEO strategies in competitive niches, manage teams, and scale projects. Your goal will be to ensure growth in traffic, rankings, and revenue, while effectively responding to market changes.
Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and implement SEO strategies for competitive niches.• Manage multiple teams / departments.• Scale existing projects and launch new websites / directions.• Monitor key metrics: traffic, rankings, revenue, ROI.• Establish effective processes.• Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities.• Quickly react to updates and performance drops.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a Head position.• Mandatory experience in interactive entertainment or nutraceuticals.• Experience managing teams or multiple SEO directions.• Proven cases of real growth (traffic / revenue).• Deep understanding of technical SEO, link building, and website structure.• Ability to make data-driven decisions.• Understanding the impact of SEO on financial performance, not just rankings.
