Role Overview
We are building next-generation content factories. We are looking for an experimental producer who can create viral content, effectively implement AI, and establish scalable production.
Key Responsibilities
• Building a content factory: processes, team, contractors, and production system;• Launching Reels, Shorts, TikTok, VK Clips;• Developing the Telegram, VK, and YouTube ecosystem;• Analyzing algorithms, testing hypotheses, and scaling successful formats;• Transforming complex topics like sports, sports entertainment, and analytics into mass viral content;• Implementing AI at all stages - from idea and script generation to editing and voiceover.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Independently creating Reels and understanding script and editing mechanics;• Confidently using AI for scripts, ideas, and data analysis;• Having personal case studies with viral videos;• Managing a team and production;• Being ready to independently engage in production at the start;• Understanding content growth mechanics and social platform algorithms.
