Role Overview
We are an international fintech project that develops payment solutions for high-risk businesses. We are currently looking for a Head of Supply Department – a leader who will head the supplier relations division, help establish effective processes, and strengthen the team. Important: Due to VPN operational specifics, we are considering candidates located outside of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of up to 10 people
• Develop the direction for sourcing new suppliers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
• Control purchasing prices, analyze department metrics and efficiency
• Monitor supplier accounts receivable and organize the collection process
• Optimize internal processes and enhance team performance
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in team management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
• Systemic thinking and organizational skills
• Stress resistance and decision-making ability
• Proactiveness, independence, and results orientation
• Knowledge of Ukrainian language will be a significant advantage
