Key Responsibilities
• Managing the HR team.• Developing a comprehensive hiring strategy.• Working on employer branding initiatives.• Implementing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).• Providing regular reports to the CHRO.
Requirements & Qualifications
• More than 3 years of experience leading a talent acquisition department (30+ people).• Experience working in the digital entertainment or high-risk market.• Proven track record in executive search and recruitment.• Experience in implementing or developing (as a client/product owner) a new ATS.
