Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of VIP to join an international digital entertainment project. Your main task will be to build the VIP department from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
• Building the VIP department from scratch, including operational processes. • Developing and implementing strategies for high-value client (HNWI) retention. • Creating and implementing a loyalty system and personalized offers. • Forming and managing a team of VIP managers.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in the digital entertainment industry (iGaming). • Ability to not only manage but also independently launch new processes. • Experience working with MENA, CIS, and Africa regions. • Ideal candidate profile: Senior VIP Manager, VIP Team Lead, or Head of VIP with proven experience in building a VIP function.
