Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop the team of VIP managers;• Control the quality of VIP service and implement improvements;• Develop scripts, bonus mechanics, and a knowledge base;• Analyze key performance indicators and the effectiveness of the department;• Optimize internal processes;• Enhance the quality of interaction with VIP clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in VIP Support management for 2+ years;• Experience in team management and development;• Strong communication and leadership skills;• Ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment;• Analytical thinking;• Stress resistance and a high degree of independence;• Readiness to deeply immerse oneself in the product and processes.
