Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of VIP to manage loyalty programs within an interactive entertainment project.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing VIP programs and fostering relationships with key clients.
• Developing and optimizing bonus schemes, promotions, and exclusive offers.
• Performing data analytics using CRM and BI systems.
• Conducting financial management and monitoring key performance metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in the digital entertainment industry, with 1+ year of team management experience.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Understanding of AML, KYC, and GDPR standards.
