Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing VIP programs
• Creating and optimizing bonus schemes, promotions, and exclusive offers for VIP clients
• Data analysis and working with analytical reports to enhance VIP service
• Financial management related to VIP programs

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in interactive entertainment or FinTech
• 1+ year of experience in team management
• English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher
• Ability to work with CRM and BI systems
• Understanding of AML, KYC, and GDPR principles
