Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Head or Team Lead to manage a team of media buyers, scale volumes, and increase team profitability. You will develop the team, work with acquisition strategies, and build internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a team of Media Buyers
• Scaling volumes and increasing team profitability
• Assisting Media Buyers in developing results and finding new growth opportunities
• Working with creatives, offers, and acquisition strategy
• Building internal team processes and participating in the direction's development
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a Team Lead / Head in the digital entertainment sector
• Expertise in Facebook Ads
• Practical experience with LATAM / Tier-3 GEO
• Understanding of acquisition economics and scaling
• Ability to build and develop teams
• Readiness to provide acquisition statistics
• Understanding and experience with Tier-1/2 acquisition (a plus)
