Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Analyst to help make data-driven HR decisions and build HR analytics for a business in the interactive entertainment sector. This position is fully remote (full-time or part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Employee Lifetime Value and HR metrics
• Calculate the cost of hiring, onboarding, turnover, and other related metrics
• Conduct recruitment, HR, and L&D analytics
• Create and configure interactive dashboards
• Identify insights and present results to management

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Analytics
• Practical experience working with dashboards
• Strong analytical thinking skills
