Role Overview

An international payment company specializing in high-risk segments is seeking an HR Business Partner / HRBP for its Limassol office. The company successfully operates with interactive entertainment platforms, sports analytics, cryptocurrency, and other high-risk merchants. The business is already profitable, with stable payment flows, a client base, and a small team. Currently, the company is actively structuring its operations, aiming to build out the HR function, fill key vacancies, and transition processes from manual management to a systematic model.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job requisition to candidate onboarding• Fill key positions to expand the team, with initial priorities on finance and operations specialists• Gradually build HR processes from scratch, including onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, HR reporting, motivation systems, and policies for vacations and sick leaves• Assist the company in transitioning from manual management to a more systematic operational model• Propose and implement ATS / HRM tools as needed• Work directly with the CEO: suggest solutions, highlight risks, and support team hiring and development• Support employees and progressively establish a clear HR infrastructure.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment• Experience in high-load payment systems, interactive entertainment, fintech, cryptocurrency, or related industries• Readiness to work with a small team where processes are not yet fully established• Ability to proactively propose and structure solutions rather than waiting for ready-made instructions• Hands-on mindset: willingness to personally fill vacancies and launch processes• Russian as a working language• English proficiency at B1 level or higher• Readiness to work from the office in Limassol• Plus points:• Experience in recruiting for finance, operations, sales, and compliance roles• Experience in building an HR function from scratch• Experience working directly with a CEO / Founder.
