Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Manager/Recruiter to actively search for and attract candidates, conduct selections, and interact with the team. This role involves working with a candidate database and creating engaging job postings.
Key Responsibilities
• Active search and attraction of candidates (including "cold" search)• Selection of specialists: correspondence, audio interviews, initial skill assessment• Work with Google Sheets: maintaining a candidate database, filling out tables and reports• Creating creative job postings• Candidate feedback: prompt, constructive, and motivating• Team interaction: discussing hiring processes, finding the best solutions
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in recruiting specialists in performance marketing for at least 6 months• Understanding of digital media buying and performance-oriented approaches• Excellent communication skills• Proactivity, independence, desire to develop and achieve results
