Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager or Recruiter for a remote position. Your primary responsibility will be to source and attract talented streamers for TikTok and YouTube, as well as conduct initial candidate screening.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing candidates for TikTok / YouTube Streamer positions• Conducting initial screening and communication• Handing over relevant candidates to the team• Scaling the candidate pipeline
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in personnel recruitment• Skills in finding candidates through social networks, Telegram, Discord, and other sources• Experience in conducting initial communication and candidate assessment• Knowledge of Arabic or English language• Independence and results-orientation
