We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist / Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and support HR processes. This role involves independent work in sourcing and selecting candidates, as well as guiding them through all stages of the hiring process.

Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in HR / recruitment
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle
• Self-reliance and strong communication skills
• Experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or affiliate marketing is a plus
