Role Overview
We are looking for experienced managers to join our team, focusing on effective inbound traffic management and client database engagement. This vacancy includes two roles: FD Manager for converting new leads and RD Manager for working with the existing client base and repeat deposits.
Key Responsibilities
• FD Manager: Converting inbound leads into first deposits
• RD Manager: Working with the client database to secure repeat deposits
• Client retention, objection handling, and motivating clients for continued engagement
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar field
• Experience with TIER 1 markets is a plus (for FD Manager)
