• Prompt and high-quality processing of inbound traffic. • Effective handling of objections and re-engagement with previously processed leads. • Working with predefined scripts while maintaining charisma and engagement in conversations. • Close collaboration with the team lead and cross-functional teams. • Converting leads to successful outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience with structured traffic (scheme traffic) for at least 6 months in FD/RD. • Ability to efficiently process a large volume of dialogues. • Systematic approach to work and high self-organization. • Result-oriented mindset and a strong desire to earn. • Availability of a PC/laptop and stable internet connection. • Experience working with various GEOs is a plus.
