Role Overview
Seeking a specialist to process inbound traffic and work with the CIS market. No client acquisition is required; you will work exclusively with incoming applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Process incoming applications in Telegram;• Conduct correspondence using prepared scripts and adapt them for each client;• Identify user needs and select the most effective communication approach;• Handle objections and guide the client to their first deposit;• Make decisions in non-standard situations;• Maintain basic reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in sales, lead processing, or customer service;• Proficient written communication;• Responsibility and discipline;• Quick response to new inquiries;• Results-oriented mindset;• Ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and maintain engagement in correspondence;• Skill in handling objections.Advantageous skills:• Experience in the esoteric niche;• Sales experience via Telegram or other messengers;• Understanding of lead retention and conversion principles.
