Influence Manager

• Search, attract, and manage streamers – from initial contact to contract signing. • Market analysis: identify growing niches, untapped segments, and opportunities to outperform competitors. • Conduct negotiations, formulate cooperation terms, and handle objections. • Onboard new streamers: explain requirements, coordinate with the operational team. • Monitor performance metrics: views, engagement, and KPI fulfillment for each streamer. • Work with creative proposals: generate and implement ideas with the team, introduce new formats, collaborations, and audience retention mechanics. • Plan and organize online and offline projects from start to finish.

• Excellent understanding of streaming culture, experience with Kick and YouTube platforms; knowledge of interactive entertainment streaming specifics is a plus. • Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with partners, understanding their interests beyond a script. • Mandatory experience in organizing online and offline events. • Skills in analyzing channel metrics and converting statistics into actionable insights. • Existing connections or experience interacting with the streamer community. • Proficient English language skills for communication with international colleagues and content. • Proactiveness and ability to work with creative proposals: from idea generation to implementation.
