Role Overview
A rapidly growing digital gaming content platform focused on Counter-Strike 2 case openings is seeking an experienced Influence Media Buyer to develop and scale influencer marketing efforts via YouTube and Twitch.
Key Responsibilities
• Search, analyze, and attract relevant YouTube and Twitch influencers. • Provide full end-to-end support for integrations: outreach, negotiations, terms agreement, brief preparation, and launch of ad placements. • Build long-term relationships with bloggers, managers, and agencies. • Analyze the effectiveness of advertising integrations and monitor key performance indicators. • Prepare regular reports on campaign results, including ROI, CPA, and other performance metrics. • Identify growth points and scale the most effective advertising strategies. • Monitor the market and seek new opportunities for product promotion through influencer marketing.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in purchasing advertising integrations from YouTube and Twitch influencers. • Experience in independently managing full-cycle influencer campaigns. • Having your own database of bloggers, agencies, and contacts is a plus. • Experience working with products within the Counter-Strike 2 ecosystem is a key requirement. • Understanding the specifics of the CS2 audience and the gaming community. • Experience in interactive entertainment, digital products, or related verticals is a plus. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable commercial terms. • Data-driven approach and understanding of influencer marketing effectiveness evaluation principles.
