Role Overview

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager for our client, a global communications partner for emerging technology companies and founders. This partner assists companies in achieving market legitimacy and enhancing founder visibility through comprehensive communications, including PR, personal branding, influencer collaborations, and event management.

Key Responsibilities

• Searching for and attracting effective opinion leaders • Experience with performance marketing • Building strong and long-term relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and partners in the digital entertainment and crypto niches • Developing long-term and short-term strategies for user acquisition and brand awareness growth • Collecting feedback from influencers • Creating sales funnels and scripts to improve efficiency • Providing transparent reporting and keeping management informed about achievements and challenges in product promotion • Launching and scaling advertising integrations • Analyzing performance (CPL, CPA, ROI, FTD) • Controlling traffic quality and creatives • Testing new hypotheses and channels • Maintaining an influencer database and cooperation terms

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 1.5-2 years of experience in KOL/streamer marketing • Experience with Kick/Twitch/YouTube, OBS scenes; CPA/RevShare models • Nice to have: streamer network; knowledge of platform policies • Languages: English - B1, Russian/Ukrainian - native
