Role Overview
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Team Lead for an international B2C fintech / tech product. We need a professional who can develop the existing direction, effectively manage a team, and establish processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of up to 5 people• Develop the direction in international markets, focusing on MENA, Africa, and Asia• Work with channels: TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube• Influence the strategy and scaling of influencer marketing• Analyze effectiveness and manage budgets
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing• Proven team management experience• International work experience• Understanding of performance marketing approach and key metrics• English language proficiency at B2+ level (mandatory)• Experience in fintech, interactive entertainment, or digital products is a plus
