Influencer Producer

• Develop existing and promising influencers, increasing audience and engagement. • Analyze partner and competitor content, identifying growth opportunities. • Develop individual strategies and content plans for influencers. • Participate in content creation: ideas, scripts, formats, and brand message integration. • Train partners on growth mechanics, storytelling, and platform algorithm interaction. • Search for and attract new promising influencers. • Test new formats and scale successful solutions. • Monitor content compliance with brand guidelines and iGaming requirements. • Analyze content and campaign effectiveness using UTM tags and media metrics.

• Experience working with influencers, Creator Economy, or Talent Management for 2+ years. • Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch, their algorithms and growth mechanics. • Experience in developing influencers or content projects based on analytics. • Understanding of media metrics, UTM tracking, and content effectiveness evaluation. • Knowledge of the marketing funnel and understanding of content's impact on product metrics. • Readiness to work with iGaming metrics (FTD, GGR). • Fluent in Portuguese and English. • High awareness and understanding of Creator Economy trends. • Plus: Experience in iGaming, Sports Entertainment, FinTech, or Crypto. • Plus: Fluent in Spanish.
