Role Overview
We are looking for an Integration Specialist who will be responsible for setting up and maintaining API integrations with partners, testing their functionality, and collaborating with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure API integrations with partners.
• Communicate with partners in work chats and support the launch process.
• Test integrations and verify their correct operation.
• Log bugs and monitor their resolution.
• Interact with developers and other internal teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Understanding of basic API principles.
• Readiness to tackle technical tasks and learn new tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with partners and ask the right questions.
• Quick learning ability and self-reliance in finding solutions.
• Plus: Experience with Jira, YouTrack, or other bug trackers.
• Plus: Experience in supporting technical integrations.
• Plus: Basic understanding of development and testing processes.
