Role Overview
An international fintech company is seeking a qualified legal counsel to join its team. This role involves working in a dynamic environment related to digital platforms and financial technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting transactions and company formation in foreign jurisdictions. • Negotiating and finalizing various agreements, including Service, Partnership, NDA, SaaS, and Processing Agreements. • Assisting with licensing processes and collaborating with Compliance and Operations departments.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, High-Tech, or Digital platforms. • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. • Experience with EMI, PI, MSB, and knowledge of AML/KYC, GDPR, PCI DSS are a plus.
