Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our product team, which develops international Web2Web subscription-based products.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from requirements gathering to candidate onboarding. • Work directly with C-level executives and hiring managers. • Fill positions in IT, Product, Marketing, Design, and Performance departments. • Actively utilize cold outreach, LinkedIn, Telegram, Boolean Search, and other sourcing tools. • Participate in the development of recruitment processes and influence hiring quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Full-cycle IT recruitment experience. • Experience in recruiting specialists for Web2Web products. • Understanding of the Performance Marketing, Product, and Digital market segments. • Proficient in sourcing using LinkedIn, Telegram, and Boolean Search. • English language proficiency is a plus.
