Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Team Lead with at least 4 years of experience in IT Support or SysAdmin roles, and a minimum of 1 year in a Senior or Lead position.
Key Responsibilities
• Profound knowledge of macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, SaaS, MDM/RMM. • Experience in building office IT infrastructure, asset management, SSO, MFA, and access control. • Understanding of networking, VPN, Wi-Fi, and fundamental information security principles.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the interactive entertainment (iGaming) or FinTech industry is a significant advantage.
