Junior Onboarding Specialist

• Collecting and thoroughly verifying all necessary information and documentation for underwriting and onboarding processes. • Conducting professional business correspondence with banks, PSPs, and other financial partners regarding ongoing inquiries. • Preparing accurate and timely responses to requests from external partners. • Actively monitoring the status of current tasks, proactively requesting, preparing, or clarifying missing information or documentation. • Effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing them, and adhering strictly to established deadlines. • Timely escalation of issues to relevant colleagues or proposing potential solutions. • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of the client onboarding process.

• Previous experience in FinTech or e-commerce will be a significant advantage. • Fluent proficiency in both Russian and English, both written and verbal. • Ability to independently organize work, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • High attention to detail when working with sensitive information and important documentation. • Capability to articulate information clearly and professionally in written form. • Proactive approach: ability to work autonomously, independently clarify missing information, and bring tasks to full completion. • Capacity to process large volumes of information and quickly master new processes and requirements. • Strong interest in developing expertise in FinTech, underwriting, and client onboarding domains.
