Role Overview
We are Arcane Gaming, a team specializing in the development, technical support, and maintenance of complex IT projects. We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager or Project Coordinator to join our product team. The project involves developing a digital payment solution for international online projects, directly integrated into interactive digital products.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development of the digital payment product;• Research new payment mechanics, tools, and solutions in the market;• Analyze competitor products and prepare conclusions for the team;• Participate in the launch of new features and improvements;• Collect and structure information on tasks and projects;• Track statuses, control deadlines, and document agreements;• Interact with internal teams and contractors;• Assist in organizing work with current product users;• Participate in resolving user cases and identifying product growth points;• Prepare instructions, process descriptions, and working documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Ability to systematically organize information;• Attention to detail and ability to keep track of tasks;• Capability to independently research information and understand new topics;• Ability to bring issues to resolution and control the fulfillment of agreements;• Interest in IT, product development, or the crypto industry;• Readiness to learn quickly and take responsibility.Plus points:• Interest in cryptocurrencies, payment systems;• Experience with spreadsheets, Notion, Jira, Trello, or similar tools;• Understanding of basic principles of digital products.
