Role Overview
A company specializing in high-load digital products is seeking an Account Manager. Your role will involve developing relationships with existing partners and helping to increase turnover through effective collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current partners and merchants.• Analyze key business metrics: turnover, retention, payment activity, and conversion rates.• Identify potential growth areas and propose solutions to increase volumes.• Monitor the fulfillment of agreements and operational processes.• Forecast the dynamics of the partner portfolio and ensure the growth of key indicators.• Coordinate partner inquiries with internal teams: Sales, BDM, Finance, Tech, and Support.• Provide daily operational support to partners.• Manage CRM system and maintain data accuracy.• Work with reporting, spreadsheets, and analytics.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience as an Account Manager or Partner Manager in the Payment Service Provider (PSP) sector.• Understanding of the specifics of working with high-load digital products.• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, including pivot tables and basic analytics.• Experience with CRM and task management systems.• Ability to multitask effectively and quickly resolve operational issues.• Strong communication skills and results-oriented approach.• English language proficiency is a plus.
