Role Overview
We are looking for an L&D Manager to join an international digital entertainment company, responsible for creating training programs for managers.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and collect data for training programs• Develop courses, assignments, and comprehensive learning paths• Launch and further develop programs within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in L&D or Instructional Design• Portfolio of developed courses• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)• Strong analytical and information structuring skills• Willingness to work in a Russian-speaking team
