Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Account Management team, control SLA and service quality• Recruit, onboard, train, and resolve complex cases• Optimize processes and cross-team collaboration
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the interactive entertainment industry as a Senior AM / Account Lead• Understanding of the B2B interactive entertainment sector, operators, or content providers• Experience in team management and SLA control• English language proficiency B2 or higher (knowledge of KYC/Compliance is a plus)
