Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Lead Affiliate Manager to effectively manage a team and drive strategic development in the CIS region, with a particular focus on the Uzbekistan market.
Key Responsibilities
• Leading a team of Affiliate and Local Managers. • Expanding the partner network and negotiating profitable deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models). • Monitoring unit economics, ensuring high-quality traffic, and driving growth in key metrics (FTD, GGR/NGR, ROI). • Coordinating collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Payments teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in team management within the digital entertainment industry and in-depth knowledge of CIS markets. • Strong analytical capabilities and excellent negotiation skills.
