Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Affiliate Lead with experience in African and MENA markets who can not only work independently with top partners but also build an effective affiliate team, manage its results, and scale the direction based on key metrics. The key objective of this role is to build and scale a strong affiliate team in the African and MENA markets that consistently achieves team goals for the number of partners, FTD, and deposit volume.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the team of Affiliate Managers for African and MENA markets;• Set individual and team KPIs: number of connected partners, FTD, deposit volume;• Monitor goal achievement, analyze results, and enhance team effectiveness;• Develop and implement a strategy for attracting and scaling affiliate partners in African EN markets, including expansion into new sub-regions;• Personally manage key and top-tier partners, participate in negotiations for strategically important deals;• Structure and approve deals based on Fix / CPA / Hybrid models, achieving favorable terms across the entire portfolio;• Control traffic quality across the team's portfolio, identify fraud and escalate risks;• Collaborate with content, design, and localization teams on promotional materials and creatives;• Hire, onboard, and develop Affiliate Managers, building a systematic onboarding process;• Manage the pipeline of Local Managers: search, evaluation, connection, and integration into workflows;• Prepare regular reports for the Head of Affiliates: team results, partner pipeline, market insights, risks;• Analyze the market, competitors, and new traffic sources for African EN geos.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in digital entertainment;• Minimum 1 year in a lead / senior role with team management;• Mandatory practical experience with Africa and MENA markets;• Deep understanding of traffic sources and the partner landscape in African EN and MENA markets;• Experience with Facebook, Telegram, Telemetrio, X, WhatsApp;• Proficient in Slack, Google Sheets / Excel, CRM, and tracker systems;• Proven experience in achieving affiliate KPIs and scaling partner portfolios;• Ability to analyze traffic quality, identify fraud patterns, and control partner compliance;• Strong negotiation skills for top-tier partners and exclusive deals;• Team management experience: KPI setting, performance review, motivation, hiring;• Strong analytical approach and data-driven decision-making skills;• English — fluent;• Russian — fluent.• Having your own active partner base in Africa and MENA;• Having verified Local Managers ready for quick integration into the workflow.
