Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to develop a hybrid infrastructure (on-premise + cloud) for high-load digital entertainment platforms. This role involves managing a team of 3-4 engineers, architectural design, and implementing GitOps and SRE approaches.

Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE• Experience managing a team of 3-7 engineers (technical leadership)• Proficiency with Proxmox, KVM, baremetal, BGP, load balancing• Experience with Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab CI), Terraform, Ansible• Experience with VictoriaMetrics, ClickHouse, Kafka/RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL
