Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to develop a hybrid infrastructure (on-premise + cloud solutions) for high-load digital entertainment platforms. This role involves managing a team of 3-4 engineers, designing architecture, and implementing modern GitOps and SRE approaches.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of 3-4 DevOps/SRE engineers
• Develop and evolve infrastructure architecture
• Implement and optimize GitOps and SRE methodologies
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE
• Experience managing a team of 3-7 engineers (technical leadership)
• In-depth knowledge of Proxmox, KVM, baremetal, BGP, load balancing
• Expertise in Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab CI), Terraform, Ansible
• Experience with VictoriaMetrics, ClickHouse, Kafka/RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL
