Role Overview
Seeking a manager for a project focused on interactive financial products, specifically to work with the Uzbekistan audience. The primary responsibility involves communicating with incoming leads, assisting users in understanding the product, and guiding them through their engagement with the project. Additionally, active participation in content management for the Uzbek audience is required, including publishing posts, handling feedback, preparing materials, and maintaining channel activity.
Key Responsibilities
• Promptly process incoming inquiries
• Communicate with users via Telegram and other work channels
• Answer product-related questions and assist with navigation
• Work according to pre-prepared scripts
• Assist in managing the Telegram channel and other project platforms
• Adapt and publish content for the Uzbek audience
• Work with feedback, results, and other materials for publications
• Monitor channel activity and update content in a timely manner
• Provide user feedback to the team
Requirements & Qualifications
• Fluent in Uzbek language
• Proficient and confident in written communication
• Responsible and attentive
• Ability to respond quickly and maintain lively dialogue
• Understanding of the specifics of the Uzbek audience
• Readiness to work with both users and content
• Experience in sales, support, affiliate marketing, trading, or digital projects is a significant advantage
