Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement player retention strategies based on segmentation and behavioral analysis• Set up and launch automated CRM campaigns• Develop and manage loyalty programs, cashback, and personalized bonuses• Conduct A/B testing for communications, offers, and trigger sequences• Prepare reports on the effectiveness of retention activities
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in player retention within the digital entertainment industry• Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms• Experience with email marketing services• Understanding of unit economics and cohort analysis principles• Basic SQL knowledge for data segmentation and extraction
